During Bob’s 35 year teaching career, his focus was on building strong relationships with his students for the purpose of preparing them for life after high school. For that commitment to caring and competent teaching, he received the John Maxey teachers award in 1984 and 1990; voted on by the senior classes at Ingraham High School in Seattle, Washington.
