*The simple things in life,
Can help you heal your strife!
- Explanation for stanza #1: In times of strife your brain feels like a cramp in your leg or arm muscle. Or go find some rocks,
Play with Cairn Art to relieve stressing shocks!
- Recall how you used to use play to bring joy to your life when you were a child. As we age, we forget those simple things that brought joy and fun to our life. Playing with Cairn art is a simple and fun thing to do. Cairn art is adult-like and child-like fun in one!
- Stacking and balancing rocks requires concentration that breaks the grasp of worries on your mind. As stated, Cairn art is like a soothing lotion or like a massage for cramped or spasmed muscles in your arms or legs that relaxes them to work as they should, without pain.
- Whenever you are at a rocky beach or outdoors where there are rocks, go stack a few rocks or boulders for others to enjoy as they pass by. If on a forest hike, build a few Cairns to mimic what travelers have done since the beginnings of mankind. While you build your Cairn, the demands of balancing rock on rock causes you to disengage from the griping stress of your day. You can’t be balancing rocks for creating a Cairn and be thinking about anything else not even your worst worries! Go Cairn for relaxing relief!
- To make relaxation work, day by day, you have to focus intently on breaking worrisome attitudes and habits so that you will be able to respond positively and resist self-imposed worrisome stresses. Wake up each day with a strategy for positive resistance to negative thinking that stresses your wellbeing. Hopefully the ideas on this blog post will be helpful for creating and developing relaxation attitudes and habits, day by day!
