#1. Humor and Positive response:
Realize that every thought and action has a positive and a negative aspect. Whatever the situation, choosing to respond positively and/or with the use of humor, will reduce stressing and mitigate a negative situation. At the same time, if the situation is positive, you will automatically add value to achieve better and better outcomes.
#2. Establish Positive Expectations for your day that include your Biological, Economic, Social and Spiritual goals. Focus your mind on expecting the best for your wellbeing day by day. We eventually get what we mostly focus on our mind. That is the law of the Universe. Know that it takes patience, persistence and perseverance to manifest a reality in your favor.

#3 Practicing Courage:
…Courage (also called bravery and bravado) is the choice and willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty or intimidation. #4. Practicing Patience,
Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. This takes repetitious practice until it becomes a part of your character. Your character is the typical or normal way that you respond to various life challenges. Practicing each of the SHEEP+AT elements under the Home Page Stars strengthens the the characteristic of Self-confidence. It requires a lot of patience to acquire and sustain self-confidence. Be patient, persevere and persistently practice the art of patience to sustain the characteristics of Self+confidence.
#5. Practicing the arts of Appreciation and Thankfulness.
Each letter in SHEEP+AT refers to the elements for building, adjusting, adapting and adopting the character power of Self-confidence.
Once you have an understanding of what each of the letters in SHEEP+AT refer to, simply engage your intuitive-sub-liminal intelligence to do the work for you. Whenever you feel fear, quietly recite the acronym, SHEEP+AT to engage the power of Self-confidence. Keep on practicing till it becomes second nature.
Soon enough, with the diligent and regular practice of reciting SHEEP+AT, whenever you feel challenged or pressured, you will develop the habit of to engage the power of your subliminal-infinite-intuitive-intelligence to help you make better choices of action with self-confidence.
