Make Your Day: Creating and Thinking Positive Response Thoughts For Your Day
Intent: To explore the concept that you win or loose with the thoughts you choose and the words you use. Your behavior is a response to what you repetitively think and speak.
Just like professional athletes, musicians, etc., they create and develop the outcomes of their performances by repetition. Also, to achieve benefits from the positive response poems on this blog, you will need to do what the professionals do; repeated practice. That is how most of us learn to acquire and update our attitudes and habits.
Therefore, learning and performing require repetition and review. Because of on-going change, occasional misfortune and the uncertainties of life, you are compelled to refresh and renew your attitudes and your habits to improve and maintain your quality of life!
Make Your Day: Creating and Thinking Positive Response Thoughts For Your Day
What’s mostly on your mind,
Can make you feel so fine!
What’s on your tongue most of the day,
Can make you sad or make you glad!
Start each day with a pleasant thought,
That’s the way to make your day be what it ought!
I plead that what you mostly think and say,
Is what yields the on-going results of your day!
Basically, you have to realize,
Your thoughts and words are your enemies or your allies!
What’s mostly on your mind,
Can make you feel down or up so fine!
Beware, your thinking can take you up or down!
Positive response thoughts create happiness
like you get from a playful clown!
The author’s summary for this practical poetry project:
It is wise that you are conscious of and understanding of the impacts of your thinking and the words you use day by day. Your words create the currents of life that can be torrential and threatening or they can be smooth and flow with graceful beauty.
