I’m Not Done Yet:
Day by day a better mode of me,
I’m going to be relevant to the end,
I’m not done until the end!
>Day by day I choose to upgrade my attitudes, behaviors and habits for the common good!
Each day is a day of becoming,
Each day I can be more than I have been,
I’m not done until the end!
>Striving is a way to refresh relevance to serve for the common good!
Life experience gains knowledge and skills,
I can be more relevant….. when I THINK…… I can,
I’m not done until the end!
>Each new day I strive to think and create a better mode of me for the common good!
Life and living is about transforming Divine Source energy,
An obligation to be relevant for the common good,
I’m not done until the end!
>Day by day, Divine Source energy, a gift, obligates me to serve for the common good to the end!
Divine Source energy is with me to the end,
I believe only the Divine Source knows when,
I’m not done until the end!
>I must not question my end, only how to serve the common good until that time!
How I respond to life and living is my choice,
I believe in lifelong relevance for the common good,
A Divine intent for my existence,
I’m not done until the end!
>I choose to respond positively for the common good to the end!
Epilogue
Day by day a goal,
A better mode of me for the common good,
I choose to be relevant to the end,
I’m not done yet!
>Service for the common good is an inner quality that is rewarded with external relevance, recognition, worth and joy!

P.S. The author is eighty-five and a half years old. I have used my Divine Source energies as a public school teacher for 35 year. Then I managed some rental properties. When I could no longer do that, I have made a commitment to be relevant by creating and planting positive response practical poetry gardens on this blog for the common good until my last breath.
In retirement you may also share your life experience as a volunteer for benevolent organizations you believe in. Being relevant is an inner quality that rewards you with meaning and purpose to the end.
Writing poetry is one important way to help transform your Divine energy gifts, day by day, for the common good. The Ode Less Traveled” by Steven Fry, is an excellent self-help-poetry resource available at Amazon.com. In addition you may wish to use the tutorial information on this blog to write positive response practical poetry as self-help inspiration for your own daily spiritual needs. Sharing your productions is an important way to serve the common good!
Writing self-help poetry is now my way to transform Divine energy into life wisdom for the younger generations following. Writing poetry requires a little patience, persistence and perseverance but well worth the time and effort for self-perseveration and for the joy of life and living.
Writing poetry ia also a way to meet the challenges of on-going change, occasional misfortune and of course the on-going fickle uncertainties of life and living! Reading and writing poetry is like riding a bicycle, if you don’t put energy into the pedals you won’t get the resulting benefits!
Thank you for choosing to live your life for the common good ?
