Laughter is spiritual uplifting medicine for your soul:
Playfully connecting with others to create healthy joy and mirth,
The best spiritually uplifting medicine on earth,
It requires no chemical prescription or a surgical physician,
You don’t need honey or sugar to sweeten for sipping it in!
Merriment is always there from Divine Source: Failure to use it invites doom and gloom;
All that’s required is the sound of laughter, a robust cackling sound,
To ignite exhilarating rapture, powerful enough to shake a cow-barn’s rafters.
With help from others, create a sublime concoction of joy and mirth,
Spiced with merriment strong enough to activate the muscles of your girth!
Resist Doom and Gloom attitudes that drag you down: Practice laughter; best with friends or other kindred folks.
Add enough pinches of glee, hilarity, merriment, and joviality,
Strong enough to melt away the imposing doom and gloom of Covid-19!
With the aid of others and your potent jovial-concoction-mixture,

We have chemical medicines and food that help heal the body: Laughter is a Spiritual Medicine that heals the soul to prevent and mitigate doom and gloom from dragging you down into depression, dismay and discouragement.
Assignment: Search for a fun comedian on the Internet to help relieve your stresses of doom and gloom from Covid-19.
Stanza #2. Play and fun with others is a great way to melt and disconnect downer feelings. Self-imposed gloomy behaviors and habits sink you like a boulder in a stormy sea. Responding with self-made joyous attitudes, behaviors and habits help float you like a bobbing buoy on a storm ocean:
Assignment: If you are being dragged down into habits of doom and gloom you also have the power to choose finding fun activities to resist those stinking think attitudes, behaviors and habits! Fun is all around waiting to be found.
Stanza #3. Sharing belly shaking laughter, jokes and funny stories can help divert your negative attention to help relieve fearful attitudes, behaviors and habits. As noted in the Reader’s Digest Magazine: “Laughter Is The Best Medicine” for engaging and uplifting-positive response thinking.
Assignment: It is ok to laugh even when you are feeling sad or gloomy. We get what we look for. Gloom is a choice. Positive response is also a choice. Laughter is a positive response choice that floats you joyously like an ocean buoy bobbing on a stormy sea.
Stanza #4. The healing effects of fun and laughter reduce stress and strain on your brain. When you practice the art of causing and practicing laughter with others, you are building a mental and physical health life boat that can help float you on the stormy seas of life like an ocean buoy on a stormy polar sea.
To avoid becoming a fixture at your local cemetery, please respect the seriousness of Covid-19. Practice the suggestions of medical scientists who have dedicated their lives for your safety in resisting all sorts of diseases and other maladies that plague mankind! We owe them a debt of gratitude by practicing the resisting strategies that they have proven to work for your health and safety! Thank you.
