Actors and athletes and others practice and continually practice, that’s why they are able to perform competently! Why not emulate their example?

Love rescues your soul,
From the pains of discontent and
From the ravages of loneliness!
Discontent and loneliness,
Are soul ravaging spiritual pains!
Love rescues your soul from the pains and ravages of discontent and loneliness!
Day by day practice understanding, valuing, caring and respect,
Because they are the acts of love that rescues your soul,
From the pains and ravages of discontent and loneliness!
Practicing the acts of loving,
Is about adopting the attitudes and habits of giving and sharing!
Love rescues your soul from the pains and ravages of discontent and loneliness!
In life you generally get what you give!
The daily practice of understanding, valuing, caring and respect heals the soul,

Contentment, joy and happiness,
Are sensory manifestations of the experiences of love!

Comment: If you are discontent and you are experiencing loneliness, you most likely are struggling with the quality of self-confidence. Learning to understand, value, care about and respect yourself, engages and enables the power of self-confidence to help you live your life purposefully in service to others. Purpose leads to contentment, joy and happiness. Those are the foundations of self-confidence.
