Welcome to the Five Star Blooming Bobville Practical Poetry Garden

The Blooming Bobville Practical Poetry style helps you boost your quality of life right where you are.

Relief is as close as a click on a Five Star Teacher in the Practical Poetry Garden.

The intent of the Blooming Bobville Practical Poetry Garden is to offer a form of poetry that arouses, educates, delights, encourages and inspires your ability to heal and wash away the cares of the world that hold you back from being the best you can be, day by day.

Practical poetry is an uplifting mystery which restores a sense of wellness in a way that chemical concoctions or lecture cannot.

You wash your face every day to keep clean and good looking. Practical poetry washes your soul of the grime, 'stinking thinking' and misfortunes that stealthily corrupt your feeling of wellbeing day by day.

A poem by Edgar Guest, “Cares,” inspired Bob to endure the challenges of inner-city public school teaching. His efforts resulted in twice receiving the Ingraham High School's John Maxey teaching award, once as the first recipient in 1984 and then in 1990. He was also named a “Top Teacher” in Western Washington by King 5 TV News.

The purpose of Blooming Bobville's practical poems are designed to help you meet the challenges of change that affect every human being during their lifetime. It is in that spirit that the practical Blooming Bobville poems are presented.

Bob prefers to be known as Blooming Bobville, the practical poet, in the spirit that everyone has the power to choose to refresh their quality of life and be “blooming” with new possibilities, day by day.

You are cordially invited to greet each day with positive expectations for health and joy. Get your day going with positive poetry that heals in a way that chemical based elements cannot.
